Il piatto anteriore presenta un'annotazione con matita colorata ed etichetta di precedente possessore, il prof. Sen. Pietro Grocco. Piega centrale lungo tutto il fascicolo. Le pagine sono ben tenute, ma presentano classici segni di usura e leggera brunitura. Numero pagine 7.
