Very good in half-leather boards showing moderate wear to edges of boards and spine tips, rubbing to spine and .5 inch tear to top of spine (2 on either side), fading to pastedowns and fly pages, short closed tear to first 3 pages at top (and bottom of front endpaper). Ex-library label to front pastedown (State Library of Hartford, Connecticut) and small stamp of "May 11 '28 to front pastedown and title page. Pages show only light fading towards edges and no foxing.
