Den sistnämnda utkom även separat samma år. Johan (Johannes) Matthiae (1593-1670) blev biskop i Strängnäs 1643 men är annars mest känd som drottning Kristinas lärare. Som teolog var han omstridd i det ortodoxa Sverige, med ekumeniska åsikter påverkad av Comenius, med följd att han 1664 fick avgå som biskop. Denna samling innehåller bl.a. hans pedagogiska studieordning ?Libellus puerilis? (1626), hans redogörelse för Kristinas undervisning ?Institutio religionis christianae ?(1642) och hans ?Regula credendi et vivendi? (1656), där han försvarar sig mot anklagelsen att vara orsak till Kristinas avfall, liksom hans utgåva av de böhmiska brödemas etiskt-religiösa ekumeniska kyrkoordning, ?Idea boni ordinis? (1644). Hans barn adlades Oljeqvist 1645 för hans förtjänsters skull. Om sonen Johan vet vi inte mycket. Han studerade i Uppsala 1653 och verkade som canonicus i Hamburg 1658 och levde åtminstone fortfarande 1667. Hardcover / Hardback.
