This volume contains recipes from Romagna, a region spanning the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, and parts of Bologna. lt is illustrated with 12 full page screen prints in color, and numerous b/w illustrations throughout, many of them full page, two are double-paged, all rendered lithographically. Recipes are presented in Italian and English, with handwritten recipe preceding the Italian and English print version. Contains a glossary and an index at rear. Minor wear along edges of binding.
