Paperback. Condition: Very Good with no dust jacket. Presumed 1st. We fit archival quality clear acrylic covers for additional protection whenever possible. ; Photographs; Folio 13" - 23" tal; 44 pages; A large photo brochure of Phildelphia's 10 year plan conceived by Philadelphia Mayor Harry Mackey. Wear to edges, tape repair to U/R corner of front wrap. Mackey received several Time Magazine write ups. 12x14 oblong.
