No dustwrappers, some bumping to spine ends and corners of brown cloth-covered boards, some foxing to outer pages, a small bit clipped out from f/ep of volume 2, a few small pencil marks in the text, but otherwise a good clean tight pair of hard-cover books, with gilt titles on spine still bright. A history of St John's College Cambridge from the thirteenth to the early eighteenth centuries by Thomas Baker (1657-1740) with continuation by other authors up to the 1840s.
