An original flyer promoting the blues show on the San Francisco radio station KPFA hosted by Tom Mazzolini. "This popular blues radio show highlighted the Afro-American roots art form from its rural country roots to the urban manifestations and regional flavors that encompass the genre." Mazzolini is also credited as the founder of the San Francisco Blues Festival.

Condition: Good. Silkscreen. 22 x 17 inches. The Seventh Annual San Francisco Blues Festival featured, amongst others, Big Mam Thornton, Robert Cray, Jimmy Rogers and a band called Double Trouble featuring Lou Ann Barton and a guitarist name Stevie Ray Vaughan in one of the first important out-of-state gigs. This may have been their first West Coast appearance. A classic Blues Image on this rare silkscreened poster. Few marginal tears and red spots in the image.
