Cork born Thomas Fallon (1825-1885) was an adventurer, business man, and politician who held the position of Mayor of San Jose, California. This copy with a signed letter from the author, also a Mayor of San Jose, written on his headed political campaign notepaper and pasted to the verso of half title leaf. Light wear to (protected) dust jacket, otherwise a very good copy free from any damage, library stamps, inscriptions or other markings. Signed by Author(s).
