Hardcover. Condition: Very Good Minus. Very good minus professionally rebound hardcover by Richard Owen Roberts in 2003. Scarce and you won't find a binding this nice and tight elsewhere. Please note though, if you look very closely (and may be able to just discern in first picture) there is a slight outward bow to the book. Likely due to the condition of pages when bound. Still super nice binding job. We use quality packaging materials.
