Wraps. Condition: Very good. Standard magazine format: 138 pp. Printed on newsprint and bound with staples in colorfully illustrated wrappers. The eleventh issue of this long running arts magazine features an interview with Raymond Pettibon conducted by the editor. In addition, stapled to the inside front cover is a 7-inch single vinyl record with unreleased music by Faust: "first recording in 15 years!" Short split to the bottom of the spine; otherwise a crisp and clean example. Pettibon (b.1957) came to prominence during the early '80s in the Southern California punk scene, creating posters and album art mainly for groups signed to SST Records, owned and operated by his older brother, Greg Ginn. He also designed Black Flag's iconic four bars logo. From the collection of art collector and prominent realtor Barry Sloane, who gifted many of the Pettibon flyers in his private collection to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.
