Staple Bound Pamphlet. Condition: Good. Anonymous (illustrator). First Edition. Small pamphlet published by a pharmaceutical supply house urging care in sending orders, "Needless Mistakes That Swell Overhead And Add To The Cost Of Modern Business, With A Graphic Lesson How They Hurt", in which a carelessly phrased order makes a considerable amount of unnecessary work. An interesting overview of business practices of the day, describing each step in the return process, each with a drawing and inspirational quote/admonition, then a final summary of time & money wasted. Separate publication of a piece published with & without the cartoon illustrations in several trade journals at the time, clearly intended as an advertising giveaway, offered in bulk by the publisher in amounts up to 50,000, with or without your imprint - this example bears no imprint. Not in Worldcat. Small booklet, as pictured; taped & creased, lightly tanned. [2], [30] pages, illustrated. Size: 2¾" by 4½".
