The Daughters of Karl Marx contains over a hundred letters, many of them unpublished, between Jenny, Laura and Eleanor Marx, together with some letters to their parents and occasional contributions from their husbands. As well as providing a unique insight into the exclusive Marx/Engels circle, the letters of these three gifted women bear important testimony to the essential role they all played in the international dissemination of Marx's work and thought. **The book has light tanning and there is a bump at the bottom of the back cover. The jacket is lightly rippled across the top.**.
