Pages are tight and clean with no marks. No name of previous owner. No odor. No water damage. Light soiling. No sun fading. No dust jacket.

Laid in are the front inside panel of the dust jacket, which gives a biography of the author, and the back panel and back inside flap, still integral but quite worn along the inside edge. A very tiny bit of the upper part of the spine panel is still present. Back panel text is a description of the contents of the book, inside flap lists other titles. We always look for books of this key 1930s publisher, and have never seen a copy of this book before. Very scarce.

Top edge of text block is red; side edge is uneven from perforations. Text block is solid and clean, and binding is secure. Tan cover is a bit dirty with moderate edgewear.
