Levi, che morirà m…eno di un mese dopo, torna in Basilicata, il luogo del suo esilio, del "Cristo si è fermato a Eboli", per questo lascito finale: un quadro che è un dono al territorio e alla comunità Arbereshe, la minoranza di lingua albanese che vive lì. In accompagnamento ai documenti fotografici un saggio di Massimiliano Tommaso Rezza sul ritratto, il soggetto e la rappresentazione fotografica come documento privato e che nasce da una presenza fisica. L'etnomusicologo Nicola Scaldaferri, colui che ha conservato le fotografie fino a oggi, ha invece intervistato uno dei due personaggi ritratti nell'ultimo quadro dipinto da Levi. Il soggetto viene quindi rappresentato in tre forme: pittorica, fotografica e tramite la scrittura. Libro.
