Migazzi lernte Ramierz während seiner Gesandtenzeit in Madrid kennen: "[.] Da ich noch in Madrit [sic!] war, hat dieser Priester [Ramierz] mir ein besondern Ergebenheit bezeiget, und habe ihn in allen vorfallenheiten als einen würdigen, ehrlichen und geschickten Mann gefunden.
