Signed in name only on the title page. Short presentation note to Gary K. Clarke (1939-2019; American zoo director; First president of AAZPA; Safari leader; Author) in the hand of the author is seen on the front free end leaf. There is a one page typed letter, signed laid in, along with a photocopy of a letter from Gary Clarke. Corners are lightly bumped. There is a blind stamp of Clarke's seen in the lower corner of the front free end leaf, as well as his inked name/address stamp. Dust jacket shows light creases at corners and spine ends. Jacket is otherwise bright and clean, and is now in a clear Brodart protective sleeve. Signed Association Copy.
