Assembled near the end of 1864 this division fought in Petersburg. The book is also a record of the Division Association, Organized Harrisburg, 25 March 1890. The dedication of the statue to General John F. Hartranft, the Division's Commander and the Dedication of the Monuments at Forts Stedman and Mahone on Petersburg battle field, 19 May 1909, with the addresses delivered there by President Taft.
