Cover somewhat stained (see picture) but interior in very nice clean condition with no deliberate marks except some pencil notes on last blank page which could be erased but may be of interest. Internally some slight looseness but all holding together well. Originally published in 1906 this is the enlarged second edition printed in 1907 for 1907-8.
