Die zweite Frage zielte darauf ab, die praktischen Modalitaeten des Handelns der Akteure und Beguenstigten der Mikrofinanz (Staat, Kunden, Geldgeber, Fuehrungskraefte und Mitarbeiter) zu beleuchten, die an der Armutsbekaempfung in Djoloff interessiert sind.
