The present work is a part of a project executed in Assiut University to study the biology and fisheries of the Red Sea fishes, so more advanced techniques and statistical methods were considered to answer a lot of important questions. The results of the present work can be summarized in the following points: 1. Identification of the stocks of C. argus, C. miniata and V. louti by: A) Scale characteristics. B) Morphometrics and meristics. 2. Growth in Weight of the three Epinepheline species. 3.
