Contenporary marbled leather boards professionally rebacked with a supple tan leather blocked with ruling and simple lettering in gilt. Presumably period marbled paper endpages. Hinges reinforced at the time it was rebacked. Binder has procvided a rubbing of the remains of the original spine design on a trimmed leaf mounted to a rea endpage. Half-title page present with a notice of price " [Eight shilling, unbound or in boards]" Contents clean, complete and neat. Overall VG.
