Couverture souple. Condition: Bon. Edition originale. Paris, Impr. Soc. Chir. Lyon (cf. Le Vay: The history of orthopaedics, p.262). Khoo (Bone dystrophies: a systematic review and correlation, p. 65) rappelle l'historique de cette affection :" In 1899 Ollier gave the name dyschondroplasia after seeing four cases of multiple exostoses, in which the involvement was unilateral in one case, while his assistant Molin wrote more detailed accounts later. The influence of Ollier's paper is extensive". Volkov (Childhood Osteology: Bone Tumours and Dysplasias, p. 231) souligne le role de Molin : "In the same year Molin, Ollier's pupil, wrote his dissertation. The author developed in detail Ollier's view on the essence of dyschondroplasia". In one of these cases, instead of the 'hemiplegic' distribution, there was a crossed distribution".
