The slightly over-sized Trade Paperback book was published by Broome County Planning Department - Broome County Historical Society in 1972 and appears to be a First Edition but is not specifically stated as such. The book is NOT an ex-library copy - and is in good + condition with no dust jacket. It is 10 7/8" by 10 7/8" and has 140 pages with a Table of Contents and many older black-and-white photographs and maps of streets throughout the book. Also - laid in - is a news paper article on the burning of the burning of the former Robert Harpur homestead which had been built in 1795.
