Gift inscription on free front endpaper. With an introduction by "T" that is somewhat more substantial than the verses. A preface by Moore engaginly notes "This little book is composed of truthful pieces. All those which speak of being killed, died or drowned are truthful songs." Moore was known among her peers, and to historians of poetry as one of the "worst poets" society.
