Light toning and foxing to te…xt block edges; negligibly small stain to top edge; faint moisture stain at fore-edge heel and bottom edge's adjacent corner with some leaves shallowly affected at margins; light toning/foxing to map-illustrated endpapers; interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. Still a very good copy of a perennially popular state history reference that documents innumerable homes and gardens throughout western, eastern, and middle Tennessee.
