Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. In Hebrew. 264 pages, 22 x 14 cm. Hadassah More is a writer, attorney and journalist who became famous or infamous primarily because her romantic connection with Moshe Dayan and this book, Derakhim Lohatot, a roman a clef relating her relationship with Dayan. It created a sensation in Israel since she goes into the most minute detaiils about their having sex and many other matters that distressed all those who appear on its pages, including Hadassah's husband and Moshe Dayan's wife. She sure gott a lot of mileage by initially getting raped by Moshe Dayan. She is the metwo movement's nightmare. A woman who gets raped but upon reaching orgasm decides she likes it. It launched her career. No wonder no woman ever pressed charges against Moshe Dayan after it was published. Today Dayan would have been in jail., for his archaeological rapes as well. Top left corner of title page has a very small rubber stamp impression in Hebrew of the former owner, Professor Michael (Milton) Arfa, the distinguished Rabbi, author and professor of Hebrew literature and philosophy. Dr. Arfa taught generations of students at Yeshiva University, Herzliah Hebrew Teachers Institute, Hunter College, HUC-JIR and NYU. As chairman of the Israel Matz Foundation, Dr. Arfa devoted himself to aiding indigent Hebrew writers, and published scholarly works of Hebrew literature and philosophy. He was a gifted teacher, humanitarian, scholar, lover of Zion and above all a modest and quiet doer of good deeds. He died in 2003.

Condition: Sehr gut. Zustand: Sehr gut | Sprache: Englisch | Produktart: Bücher | This book provides an analysis of strategic behavior in international crises. Various aspects of crisis decision and interaction, such as initiation, misperception, deception, learning, and termination, are studied by means of a game model that incorporates psychological variables. This integrative approach is designed to narrow the gap between psychological and game-theoretical studies of crisis, which are generally considered to be incompatible. The utility of the approach is demonstrated by means of an in-depth case study of the 1967 Middle East crisis. This study will be of interest to scholars in political science and international relations and political science, crisis theory, and game theory.
