Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Light green boards with gilt on spine. No signatures or bookplates noted. Binding tight, no torn or loose pages. We did find two pages that had the corners folded over at one point as the upper outside corner was creased. End pages show toning and there's quite a bit of scattered foxing present. Also included in the book is a sheet of typed paper which appears to be some sort of review draft. See photos.
