    Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. Mrs. Iwae Oi (illustrator). 1st Edition. See photos for condition details. Tall softcover, original 1961 publication which states first edition, November 1961, on last page. Red paper boards with silk string binding. Publication still had the original glassine sleeve in book was still taped shut at top and bottom. The paper on the top outside corner had also attached itself to the cover making a small mark the corner. The same corner has a number 175 stamped there. The clear plastic cover was carefully removed showing the pages inside still bright and clean. The only issue found is on the last page where there is a small crimp in the lower outside corner. Photos have been provided with the glassine cover both on and off the book, the protective cover is in rough shape and grades only as fair condition. Book is been placed in a acid-free protective clear bag.
