Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Harding G. P. Engraved from Drawings By (illustrator). First Edition. Original brown covers with gilt titles to front. Some damage to head and tail of spine. Title page printed in red and black. 12 full page illustrations, one loose, all clean and original (uncoloured) 44pp plus index. The only flaw is that the print from the illustrations has imprinted onto the opposite text pages.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Lovely quarter bound folio in very good condition; some wear to marbled boards but reasonably light; gutter cracks but leather good (1" crack to top of front board). Some spotting/foxing to endpapers but title & inner pages good. 12 full page plates in excellent condition; pp.44 + index. No signatures/writing; a book plate has been removed from the front board inner but has left only faint marks. All engraved plates have tissue guards, which has prevented offsetting. One plate has a small water stain to top outer corner but very small and not near engraved area. Small dab of tippex (or similar) to rear board inner. Very attractive copy of this scarce work; gift quality.
