The boards' corners and bottom edge are frayed as are the ends of the spine strip. A third of the back board has stains. Two different owner's names are on the front endpaper.Water stain is on a bottom corner of most of the pages. About a third of the pages have water stain on a top corner. Dark stains are on about a tenth of the pages and on one plate. A scrape has taken out part of the letters of five words. Scans e-mailed upon request.
