Incorrect date "Mar 4 1948" stamped at top front" Spine a bit cocked but unbroken; shallow chipping at ends with a bit of loss to text at tail. Pages a bit toned but unmarked. Binding is sound. Contains Leigh Brackett's novella Queen of the Martian Catacombs (the debut of her Erik John Stark character), Stanley Mullen's short story "S.O.S. Aphrodite!," Alfred Coppel's "The Starbusters," and Margaret St. Clair's "Garden of Evil," among others. Cover illustration by Allen Anderson.
