INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, "To 'Wary Rob' / With the affection of Barbara Murray / January '33." The author's account of her tour through Europe in the company of her husband, their daughter, Jessie Kauffmann Murray, and friends. Sections include The Midi, Italy, and Switzerland, Rome, Florence, Lucerne, Interlaken, France, Aix en Provence, Rhone Valley, Chartres, Paris, Germany, Nuremberg, London, England, Scotland, Edinburgh, Llandudno, and Gullane, with relevant photographs. Apparently privately printed by the author, of New York. According to The Annals Of Southwestern New York, Lewis Historical Publishing Company, NY, 1940, "Lewis Newton Murray married in May, 1916, in Washington, DC, Barbara Kauffmann daughter of Rudolph and Jessie Kennedy Kauffmann.
