A small detailed letter to a member of the Holbeche Family of Sutton-Coldfield, discussing his building Rugby Town Hall, the county court, the exchanges in Warwick, Coventry, St Albans, music hall, etc, on the final overleaf there is a lovely ink sketch of a town hall with overhead and f…acade views, the letter is dated and addressed, "8 Queens Road, Regents Park, London March 11/57". A little adhesion at inside front edge, but no wording lost. *The architect was in partnership with Augustus Pugin for a short while and then the company closed he died tragically aged only 31.
