Six years later he he was appointed Native Commissioner and held the post for twenty- two years. Cr.8vo. 151 pps. original cloth backed printed boards inscribed to the front paste-down by Anthropologist Charles Theodore Binns (1894-1978) who lived amongst the Zulu nation for many years, becoming an expert on their history and culture.
