Splendidly bound in dark blue cloth stamped in gold. A fine copy; clean and tight throughout. With a request for a review fro the desk of Bennett Cerf and signed by him. He writes, "The book will not be published by jus until October 9th, but I thought you might enjoy reading now what I think is one of the most important books that has ever borne the Random House imprint." In a near find colorful dust jacket with light chipping to the top of the spine ends. With the review slip of 10 lines signed by Bennett Cerf, Random House editor.
