La ristampa anastatica li ripropone ora indicizzati, come strumento imprescindibile per gli studi di dialettologia italiana e linguistica romanza. Questo terzo volume raduna gli scritti merliani non di lessico relativi a varietà romanze fuori dell'Italo-Romània, cui si aggiungono quelli sulle lingue classiche.
