Lavishly illustrated throughout with photographs by Henry Diltz, best known for his work with 1960s rock musicians who lived in Los AngelesÕs Laurel Canyon, which at the time was a center of American music. As Diltz recalls, ÒThere was a sense of brotherhood in all of this - in the music scene, in Laurel Canyon, certainly at Woodstock. But all the people I photographed: I love their music.Ó Included are contributions from such musical luminaries as Jackson Browne, David Crosby, Dan Fogelberg, Don Henley, Gary Burdenm Glenn Frey, Graham Nash, J.D.
