The book has a previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. Illustrated by Olaf C. Seltzer. Danish-born painter and illustrator Olaf Seltzer lived in Great Falls, Montana. He was a close friend of renowned western artist Charles Russell. Number 209 in an edition limited to 300 copies. Signed by both editors (Nelson and Butler) on the limitation page.
