Aert Jansse van Nes (1626-1693) was a 17th-century Dutch naval commander. In 1664 he participated in Michiel de Ruyter's famous punitive expedition against the English along the coast of West Africa and subsequently the east coast of America and in 1667 he was notable for commanding the second squadron in the raid on the Medway in 1667, the first was commanded by De Ruyter.
