Water/coffee/tea damage to top front corner of binding, o/w exterior shows considerable shelf wear and wear from handling, short tear and heavy rubbing at bottom of spine, very light soiling, and a couple of small stains. Water damage to binding extends in diminishing degrees to first 7-8 leaves, o/w text is clean and unmarked, with no tears or bent leaves. 190 numbered pages plus section of personal photos, profusely illustrated with b&w photos.
