In-4°; pp. (20), 358 (i.e. 350) la numerazione salta da 99 a 108, manca l'ultima. (vedi ICCU variante C); un legno al frontespizio, capilettera e testatine xilografiche nel testo legatura in mezza pelle con angoli, titolo in oro al dorso. Raccolta di componimenti in versi del giurista e poeta napoletano Niccolò Capassi (1671-1745), noto per le arguzie, le maldicenze e le oscenità che amava tradurre in versi in dialetto napoletano. Sono qui raccolte poesie in latino, iscrizioni, sonetti, componimenti sugli strangolapreti (dove si nomina la mozzarella) e gli gnocchi, e i primi sette libri dell'iliade di Omero tradotta in lingua napoletana.
