Brossura editoriale a stampa, cm 18x12, pp 199 (1). Intonso. Noto drammaturgo e poeta, premio Nobel per la Letteratura nel 1911, Maurice Maeterlinck affiancò ai motivi simbolisti di alcune delle sue opere saggi di carattere metafisico-spirituale influenzati dalla Teosofia. In questo saggio (La Mort, apparso nel 1913) l'autore passa in rassegna le ipotesi teosofiche, neo-spiritualiste e medianiche circa la sopravvivenza (o l'annientamento) della coscienza dopo la morte; le posizioni qui espresse contribuirono probabilmente alla messa all'Indice dell'opera di Maeterlinck (26 gennaio 1914). Prima edizione italiana, a cura di Giovanni Marcellini. Lievi difetti sulla brossura, peraltro ben conservato ancora a fogli chiusi.

POUND, Ezra. Personae The Collected Poems of Ezra Pound. (New York): New Directions Book, (1926) but actually 1949. New "offset" edition. Name, fading to the blue cloth spine through the d/w, top edge of boards faded but still a very nice copy in (illustrator). Very good minus in grey green woven cloth stamped brightly in gold on the front boards and on the spine.; With some dots of leeching to the color at the top right hand corner of the front panel. Clean and tight throughout. With some offsetting from the jacket flaps to the front and rear endpapers. In an attractive dust jacket with the price of $3.50 but with the front spine fold separated. Presents well. New Directions Book, (1926) but actually 1949.
