Very small patch of worming to the tail of the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very lightly age-toned and generally clean. Very Good. book.

Original leather spine, but the boards now rather amateurishly repaired with leatherette cloth. The advertisement page affixed to the inner board and clear tape repairs to the title page (which has some loss). Clear tape repairs to the bottom margins of the first two pages of text - otherwise the text is clean and complete. A useful good 'working copy' of the second volume of the standard book of mid eighteenth century legal precedents - wills and probates, leases, mortgages, marriage settlements, setlement of estates etc.
