Copy belonging to uncredited senior model maker Greg Jein, with their name on a label on the bottom right corner of the cover sheet. Two straight, single New York firefighters, Chuck and Larry (Adam Sandler and Kevin James), pretend to be a gay couple to receive domestic partner benefits, so Larry, a widowed father, can provide life insurance for his two children. Featuring Dan Aykroyd, Jessica Biel, Steve Buscemi, and Ving Rhames in supporting roles. Set in and shot on location in Brooklyn, New York, Los Angeles, and Niagara Falls, Canada. Front wrapper integral with cover sheet memo, noted as 5th Numbered/White Shooting Draft on the front wrapper, dated 8/23/06.
