A scarce set, this is the handsome four-volume set, numbered 1178 of 5000 editions, signed by the author Claude Nobs on the back cover signature space (it looks like a label in the pictures but it is not). The books are four different colors and are all in fine unread condition. They sit on a unique red holder for the books shaped like hands. This set also includes a CD (unopened) that includes music by Deep Purple, Johnny Cash, Joe Cocker, James Brown, Bonnie Raitt, Alice Cooper and more. Also include a program for the July '2008 program that featured Etta James, Joan Baez, Herbie Hancock and many more. This beautiful set celebrates 40 years (1966-2006)of the famous Montreux Jazz Festival which is a music festival in Switzerland, held annually in early July in Montreux on the Lake Geneva shoreline. It celebrates it's 50th years in 2016. Enclosed in the original white box with colorful titling on the front and the limitation number "1178." A wonderful set for lovers of music, especially jazz.
