Solidly and tightly bound, essentially and nearly flawless copy with minimal internal and external wear and use. Copy with crisp pages, clean text, and light shelf wear. Smooth covers. Minor fraying and foxing on the edges, but otherwise an excellent copy.

Condition: Very Good. Original manuscript. One page, folio, written in ink on blue paper. In part: "I Nancy Noll widow of John Noll of Mt. Joy.being satisfied with the provision made for me by the will of Said dec'd decline to take the $300 worth of property of his estate allowed me by law." She releases the executors, John Keyser and Benjamin Ritter, from any further responsibility. Dated 28 August 1862. Signed by Noll and witnessed by John Ritter.
