Used Hardcover. Condition Fair to Good. Ex-library copy. 1st edition, 2nd printing. 356 pp. Covered in green cloth on board with dark green lettering and illustration on front cover. Spine has dark green library tape non spine to reenforce it. This book's spine has a front cast to it. Corners are bumped and fraying, covers are dirty with years of handling. Interior pages are marked as a discarded library book with customary stamps. Some notation in pencil on a few pages. End page has been removed, but all printed pages are present and still securely bound. Ships from Canada.
