The plot follows a young woman as she endeavours to enliven her impoverished and humdrum life by going on holiday, whereupon she meets a rich man and falls in love. However, on their way home, they are in a train wreck which separates them.Illustrated with film stills throughout.This film starred Neva Gerber in the lead as Julia Merrifield; Gerber was an American actress who appeared in more than 120 silent films between 1912 and 1930.
