Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing. pp. 262. 8vo., measuring 8.5" x 6". Publisher's dark-green cloth over boards, gilt rules and lettering to the spine and front board, speckled edges. Rich with many black-and-white photographs, portraits, illustrations, facsimiles, et al. Light rubbing to the cloth extremities, slightly shaken, corner of ffep neatly excised, text-block entirely without blemish with bright, clean, and unmarked pages, and sound binding. Overall, very good. Rare in commerce. Not in Peel. Corresponds to OCLC #9942270 indicating only but one institutional holding at time of cataloguing. At time of cataloguing not found in FHL.
