Obernetter (1840 - 1887) war Lithograph bei der kgl. bayr. Steuer-Kataster-Commision, er war als "Photochemiker" maßgeblich an der Verbesserung fotografischer Reproduktionstechniken beteiligt und verschaffte der von Julius Adam und Joseph Albert entwickelten Lichtdrucktechnik weiteste Geltung (vgl.
